By completing the reservation form, each holder authorizes MUNDOSPAS S.L. to use and process in an automated manner the personal data provided in order to proceed with the requested reservation and/or manage services and/or commercial products offered on campingbonavista.com. The customer who makes a reservation is informed that his personal data will be transferred to the destination campsite, in order to manage the reservation and guarantee its execution.

 

  1. CONFIDENTIALITY. MUNDOSPAS S.L. guarantees the confidentiality of the personal data of its users, as well as using the security measures established in the Spanish regulations on data protection in relation to third parties, although it will reveal to the competent Public Authorities the personal data it has if required by the Authority in accordance with current legislation. In any case, the owners of the data have the right of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, as well as the right to revoke their consent to the processing and transfer of their data, as provided for in Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data.
